Lokesh Kumar, hailing from a humble background, is the founder and director of this program.​

With over 10 years of experience working with organizations like Peepul India, CHRD SAS, Magic Bus India Foundation, and Bartimai, he is dedicated to eradicating the hardships faced by children in the Ragpicker community, drawing from his own childhood experiences.

Lokesh holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's in Social Work, both obtained in 2020. His core belief is that every child can thrive given the right environment, support, and resources.

Kanika, with over 6 years in teaching, is our academic coordinator. Passionate about education and social causes, she graduated in B.El.Ed and MA in psychology, and loves reading.

With sharp management skills, she trains teachers effectively. Kanika has experience as a Program Manager and Curriculum Designer in Non-Profit Organizations, along with teaching in schools.

She excels in team management, collaboration, and community empowerment.

Kushmi, an experienced leader and mentor, who comes with experience of 10 years in social sector. She has worked with youth and women.

Being a postgraduate in sociology, she keenly dedicates herself for the social cause. ​

She has been engaged with multiple stakeholders. She also gave training to youth for their growth and skill development. She has also given health guidance to women related to nutrition and empowered them with social skills. Her skills of social connectivity and relation building are extraordinary.

Sana is a dedicated and composed teacher with SMB. She is coming with an experience of more than 2 years in teaching. She is motivated to teach and work for the future of slum children and their overall development. She is qualified with D.El.Ed. and also cleared CTET exam.

Being innovative and resourceful, she aids students to discover their true potential and inspire them to grow and learn.

Rubi Gupta is an enthusiastic teacher with SMB, coming with an experience of 2 years in teaching.

Teaching and working for underprivileged community children are her passion.

She has completed her D.El.Ed. Ed and has also passed CTET exam. She likes to read novels.

With her creative teaching skills, she makes her classroom more interactive and alive with innovative ideas and activities for her students and creates a joyful and meaningful learning environment for children.

A kind-hearted lady, who maintains our centre with hygiene standards and cleanliness. She cooks for children and helps in managing them. ​

Her story is very inspiring. She was into segregation of different metals at a steel company in Shahbad diary. She visited our centre and appreciated our work, got inspired and dedicated to join us in maintaining centre.
